Our growth continues to be fueled by our unwavering commitment to the agent and ISO community. We’ve built PayBright around helping our partners succeed— with strong economics, great technology, transparency and a long-term approach to relationships. As we’ve grown, we’ve continued investing back into the resources, people and products that help our partners grow, which in turn continues to fuel our growth.
What is your company's top priority heading into 2027?
Continuing to scale without sacrificing the experience that got us here. We’re making significant investments in our technology, infrastructure and team to make it easier than ever for our agents to do business with us and for our merchants to receive exceptional service. As we grow, our priority is making sure the PayBright experience gets better — not more complicated.

How is AI impacting/being implemented in your business and how is it impacting hiring/headcount decisions?
We view AI as a tool to make great people even better — not as a replacement for them. We’re implementing AI across the business to improve efficiency, surface information faster and eliminate repetitive work, but we haven’t used it as a reason to minimize hiring. The efficiencies AI creates allow our team to spend more time on higher-value work and delivering a better experience.
What's the one thing keeping company leaders up at night?
We feel very good about where PayBright is today, so there isn’t one major anxiety keeping us up at night. Our focus is on continuing to raise the bar. The challenge we give ourselves every day is to keep setting a higher standard for what that means as we grow.
